A look back at our collaboration with Décoroom, Captain Végétal and Wild Stories at Objectif Green 2025 to create an eco-designed, sustainable and inspiring event space.
At Ephemere Square , we are convinced that it is by joining forces that we can imagine event experiences that are more environmentally friendly, more human... and just as inspiring.
On the occasion of the Objectif Green 2025 trade fair, an event dedicated to sustainable events, we had the opportunity to put this conviction into practice through a strong and committed collaboration, bringing together three players who, like us, wish to move the events sector towards more responsible practices.
The goal of this project was clear: to demonstrate that sustainability, creativity, and experience can go hand in hand. To achieve this, we envisioned an open, welcoming, and sustainable space that combines aesthetics, simplicity, and functionality—with a design entirely focused on eco-responsibility and circularity.
- We designed and built the structure of the space, with one of our 2025 innovations, the Kiosk which, like all our products, relies on reusable elements, optimized logistics and an eco-designed approach at every stage.
- Decoroom has brought its expertise in sustainable furniture, with pieces that are both stylish, functional and designed to last.
- Captain Vegeta has enhanced the place with a lively plant scenography that respects the living.
- Wild Stories has integrated a responsible, fun and low-impact photobooth, to provide a memorable experience for visitors.
This project illustrates how collaboration is a powerful lever for responsible innovation. Each participant contributed their skills, ideas, and, above all, a shared desire to create differently. The result: a space that has made a lasting impression through its aesthetic coherence and the values it embodies.
This space carried a message: that a different kind of event is possible. More sober, more thoughtful, but also more human and more meaningful.
A huge thank you to Decoroom , Captain Végétal , and Wild Stories for their commitment, creativity, and trust. Together, we have demonstrated that the events of tomorrow can—and must—be rethought collectively.
And a big thank you to the organizers of the Objectif Green 2025 show for giving us this opportunity.
